Suburbs beyond 40km from this address are outside the service area and are not offered a booking:

2.2If a repair is completed during the visit, the call-out fee is included in the total repair cost.
2.3If the same issue reoccurs within 7 days, myappliancehub will return with no call-out fee.
2.4After 7 days, standard call-out rates apply.
2.5A minimum labour charge applies to all repair work unless otherwise stated.
2.6If the technician attends but is unable to diagnose the fault, the call-out fee is reviewed case by case and may be waived in whole or in part at myappliancehub's discretion. A waiver does not apply where diagnosis cannot be completed due to a customer-side access or utility issue (see clause 9), or where a fault is identified but the appliance is beyond economical repair (see clause 11.4) — in those cases the fee stands.
