How we work
The call-out and diagnostic fee for your suburb is agreed when you book, not on the doorstep. We then diagnose the fault with you there, so you can see what we have found and hear what it will take. If a part is needed we quote it, and it is your call whether to repair the machine or put the money toward a new one.
We do not carry parts stock. If you go ahead with a repair that needs one, we order an original part for that machine rather than a generic substitute, and come back to fit it. There is no second call-out fee on that return visit — you pay for the part and the labour to finish the job.
Where a fault cannot be diagnosed we look at the call-out fee case by case — the Terms set out how that works. Every repair carries a 12-month parts and 3-month workmanship warranty, and if the same fault returns within 7 days we come back with no call-out fee.

The fee is agreed before we come out
You are told the call-out fee for your suburb when you book, not on the doorstep. It covers the travel out to you, diagnosing the fault, and attempting the repair in the first 40 minutes on site. If a part is needed we quote it, and you decide whether to repair or replace the machine before anything is ordered.
Original parts only
We do not carry parts stock. If you decide to go ahead with a repair that needs one, we order an original part for the machine and come back to fit it, with no second call-out fee for the return visit.

Explain it in person
We diagnose with you there, so you see the fault and hear what it will take before anything is decided. Written photo reports are produced for end-of-lease jobs, where an agent needs them for the file.
