What we do

Repairs, done properly.

We diagnose the fault properly and attempt the repair in the time allocated. If it needs a part, we quote it and you decide whether to repair or replace — if you go ahead, we order an original part and come back to fit it, with no second call-out fee.

Drain pumps, seals, bearings and the blockages behind most call-outs

Front loaders and top loaders. Drainage is behind most of the call-outs we take — something caught where it shouldn't be, or a pump that has stopped shifting water. We diagnose it with you there and attempt the repair in the time allocated.

The deep technical clean bond cleaners skip

Standard end-of-lease cleans wipe the door and move on. Agents are flagging food residue in filter baskets, mould through door seals and limescale at final inspection — and it comes out of the bond. We strip it down properly and hand over a photo report for the file.

Before and after

The part of the job you never normally see

Appliance faults hide inside the machine, which is how so much guesswork gets billed as repair work. Every photo below came off one of our own jobs — no stock photography anywhere on this site. On the day we walk you through what we find in person.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Tell us what's wrong

Appliance, suburb, and what it's actually doing. Model number and error code too, if you can reach them.

  2. 02

    Get a window and a call-out fee

We quote the call-out fee for your suburb and confirm a two hour arrival window that fits the day's route, rather than an all-day wait. Ring before 10:30am and same-day may be possible.

  3. 03

We attend and attempt the repair

The technician works the fault on site within the booked time. Most jobs are finished on that visit.

  4. 04

Repair or replace — your call

If a part is needed we talk you through it and give you a quote, and you decide whether to repair it or put the money toward a new one. If you go ahead we order an original part and come back to fit it — labour and part only, no second call-out fee. Covered for three months either way.

Agents & property managers

A trade partner for turnover, not a one-off tradesperson

Repeat vacancies, tight turnaround windows, and exit condition reports that have to hold up when a tenant disputes them. We're set up around how property management actually runs.

Where we go

Melbourne metro and the surrounding suburbs

We cover the metro area and a good spread beyond it. Keeping the run tight is what turns an arrival window into a promise rather than a hope, and it means the same technicians cover the same suburbs week after week.

Common questions

Before you book

What happens if you can't work out what's wrong?

We look at the call-out fee case by case and it may be reduced or waived — the Terms set out how that works. If we do find the fault and the machine turns out to be beyond economical repair, the diagnostic fee still applies: the diagnosis was the job, and knowing not to spend money on a repair is worth having.

Do I get charged twice if a part has to be ordered?

No. If a part needs ordering we book a return visit to fit it, and there is no second call-out fee. You pay for the part and the labour to finish the job, nothing else.

How long is the warranty?

12 months on parts we supply and fit, and 3 months on workmanship. If the same fault comes back within 7 days of the repair, we return with no call-out fee.

Can you give me an exact arrival time?

We book a two hour arrival window rather than a fixed time, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, so the day's route holds together and everyone gets seen when they were told. A 9–11am window means the technician arrives somewhere in that window. If you ring before 10:30am, same-day may be possible.

What do you need ready when the technician arrives?

Safe, clear access to the appliance, plus working power, water and drainage so the machine can actually be tested. Built-in dishwashers and washing machines often need pulling out of a cabinet — we will talk you through that on site before anything moves.

Do you work on anything other than washing machines and dishwashers?

We service washing machines and dishwashers. If you need a fridge or an oven looked at we would rather tell you now than waste your call-out.

How far do you travel?

Melbourne metro and a good spread of the surrounding suburbs. Check yours in the suburb search and it will tell you straight away — and if you are just outside it, send it through and we will let you know.

How do I pay?

Residential bookings are cash or card on the day — Visa, Mastercard, Amex or debit. Real estate agents and property managers booking on behalf of a managed property can be invoiced instead; we just need the agency name and ABN against the booking.
